Technology

One of the key challenges in today’s energy landscape lies in the interface between renewable energy sources, which primarily generate Direct Current (DC), and the Alternating Current (AC) nature of most consumption systems.

The available inverter technologies that convert DC to AC are all derived from the transistor concept—a device originally developed to enhance electronic communication systems, not for industrial high-power inversion.
No matter how advanced transistors become, they will never achieve optimal performance in large-scale, high-power applications.

What the world truly needs, especially during the transition to renewable energy and full electrification, is a new technological concept developed fundamentally for industrial-scale power inversion.
Since no one has ever taken that initiative, we decided to do so. Making our inverter the first practical breakthrough in energy conversion design in nearly a century.

Applications

Applications

Our system is a completely new approach to energy conversion and grid integration, engineered to overcome the limitations of traditional inverter design. It bridges hardware, grid, and system architecture in a way that no existing solution does.

This technology can be applied across a wide spectrum of industries and infrastructures, including:

  • National energy grids and renewable power generation,

  • Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and microgrids,

  • Electric mobility, heavy transport, and industrial vehicles,

  • Electric aviation, marine systems, and luxury yachts,

  • High-density data centers, and

  • Defense and mission-critical power systems.

George Breidy - Co-Founder & CTO

George is a highly accomplished electronics engineer with over 40 years of industry experience, recognized for his ability to turn advanced concepts into reliable, real-world technologies. With a career that began and matured in the United States, he brings world-class expertise to every stage of product development.

He started his engineering journey at Haltronics Corporation in California, where for nearly a decade he contributed to U.S. Department of Defense programs, designing and testing advanced systems for fighter aircraft including the F-14, F-15, and F-16. His role covered the design of test procedures, microprocessor emulation, radar systems, plasma displays, and robotic circuits, giving him deep exposure to mission-critical aerospace and defense technologies.

He then advanced to become Chief Engineer at Cinemills Corporation in Burbank, California, where he led the engineering group in developing next-generation electronic ballast systems, photometric designs, and specialized HMI lighting fixtures used on major Hollywood movie sets and television productions. He also oversaw UL certification processes and served on the UL advisory committee, shaping electrical standards across the industry.

Later, he contributed extensively to academic research and innovation, supervising engineering laboratories and mentoring students on projects in renewable energy, microcontroller-based systems, and electronics prototyping.

As CTO, he combines hands-on engineering mastery with decades of management and systems integration experience, making him uniquely qualified to lead the development of groundbreaking, high-reliability technologies.
